Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
Our mission is to share the magic of yoga, to support your goals no matter the starting point, and to cultivate a practice that grows with you as you grow through life.
We strive to help your soul shine.
Jamie first took an interest in yoga for the physical benefit as he began pursuing a healthier lifestyle 10+ years ago. He slowly began to see the long term benefit of mindfulness and his family noticed the changes as well.
Outside of his totally basic coffee order (a vanilla oat latte) and outstanding music taste (favorite artist Trevor Hall), Jamie is a dad whose favorite things to do include watching his kids activities (baseball and dance) or attend a good concert. His dog’s name is Ringo and when asked about his favorite book he said, laughing, “I’ve read one book...” Pauses. “Four Agreements.” Pauses. “Okay I’ve read more than one book.”
Rachel says it’s impossible to pick a favorite type of music - it depends on her mood. She’s an avid reader and loves most genres, but mostly sticks to psychological thrillers. She has a mutt named Chewie and a chihuahua mix named Yoda and her favorite Jonesboro businesses include The Rec Room and BA Burrito.
Alex loves pop and alternative music – “I’ll always be a Swiftie,” she says.
“I love to travel, and Yosemite is on my bucket list. It would also be so cool to travel to Disney parks with my family all around the world.”
Alex is a dog mom - she has a cockapoo named Bucy - loves to paint and listen to live music, and her favorite foods include pizza, pasta, and sushi.
Asked about her favorite movie, Alex said, “You can put on any Disney film and I’ll be happy!”
Bethany’s favorite book is Untamed by Glennon Doyle, she loves coffee and a good martini, and she could watch Les Miserables one hundred times. Bethany enjoys making wellness content, reading, writing, spending time in nature, and consuming fashion information. Ariana Grande, Post Malone, and Taylor Swift are at the top of her playlists and the favorite place she’s traveled is Paris.
Taylor was born & raised in Jonesboro and has been practicing yoga for about 9 years. She began her yoga practice searching for something to keep her flexible as well as give her a goal to work towards after stopping sports after high school. Taylor completed teacher training two years ago with the hope to guide others in their own yoga practice.
Taylor works as a nurse in the ICU and yoga has helped her relax and stay healthy physically and mentally with a busy schedule.
"My favorite part of yoga is how it has taught me to accept myself as I am and where I am in life," she shared.
Taylor loves the ongoing challenge of yoga and how diverse it is and how everyone's practice evolves as they grow.

Hillarie first started practicing yoga to manage stress and as a form of active meditation. She began teaching in December 2022.
"What I love about yoga is you never stop learning or being challenged to grow no matter how long you’ve been practicing. There’s always something new to experience with every practice. Also, for me, I can turn off my “thinking mind” and just be aware of my breath and my body."
Andre says it’s impossible to pick a favorite music genre or artist - there are too many.
His pets include Eva, Tiger, Trinity, Yin, Jack and Ollie. His favorite food is steak and his favorite drink is water.
“Blame it on my Arkansas roots- I adore folk music,” she says. “I love listening to artists like Willi Carlisle and Jesse Welles weave compelling stories into the music they write. Folk music just feels like home to me.”
Madison says the movie that never gets old is Across the Universe. “I saw it when I was a teen and it’s been a favorite ever since. I love all the Beatles songs in it and the entire movie is just *chefs kiss*.”
Madison said her favorite books include “Circe” by Madeline Miller and “Untamed” by Glennon Doyle but “it’s too hard to pick just one! I’m a bookworm!”
Allison began practicing hot yoga nearly 15 years ago as a form of physical therapy before & after spinal fusion surgery.
Over the years, her practice expanded as she experienced yoga's positive impact on her mental health. This eventually led to completing her teacher training in 2019.
"I love yoga because of the discipline it teaches," Allison says. "It pushes you to show up for yourself while accepting that might look different every day."
Allison stepped away from teaching when her son was born. After transitioning into motherhood, she is back & so excited to get into the rhythm of teaching again. She looks forward to watching this space & community grow!
